Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds exchanges or change of mind:

Unfortunately if your gift is personalised we do not accept returns or exchanges upon receiving your order.

Please check text/name inserted for personalisation carefully as the exact name will be printed.  Once the order has been submitted we cannot make changes to the order and do not provide refunds for 'change of mind' circumstances. If you choose for your order not to be personalised and there is an issue with your your order please contact us and we will rectify the situation accordingly. 

Issue with your order:

Once you receive your order please inspect and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send an email to info@luxengifting.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will asses the situation and rectify accordingly.
